Is my data safe?我的数据安全吗？

The assistant only reads from Pospal; it never changes your sales or stock. We take only the fields we need — products, transactions, stock, waste — and leave out personal customer details in the pilot. Where data is stored, who can see it and how long it is kept are agreed with you in writing. Passwords and API keys are never shared through web pages or chat, and your data is deleted on request.助理只读取银豹数据，从不修改您的销售或库存。我们只取需要的字段——商品、交易、库存、报损——试点阶段不取顾客个人信息。数据存放在哪、谁能看、保留多久，都会与您书面约定。密码和接口密钥不通过网页或聊天传递，您要求时数据即删除。

What does Pospal charge for the API?银豹接口要收多少钱？

Pospal bills its Open Platform by call volume or an annual plan, and access requires their review. We do not know the amount for your UAE account — please confirm it with Pospal. The pilot uses exported reports, so it has no Pospal API cost.银豹开放平台按调用量或年度权益计费，接入需经其审核。您 UAE 账号的具体金额我们不清楚，请向银豹确认。试点用导出报表，不产生银豹接口费用。

What if the internet or the sync goes down?断网或同步失败怎么办？

Your stores keep selling on Pospal as usual — the assistant is not in the till. The daily list can be exported as CSV or printed. If data is missing or out of date, the assistant pauses the suggestion, says which store is affected, and managers place their usual order.门店照常用银豹收银——助理不在收银环节里。每日清单可以导出 CSV 或打印。数据缺失或过期时，助理暂停给建议、说明哪家店受影响，店长按原来的方式报单。

Do staff need training?员工要培训吗？
